Dental Clinic is an Organization that is responsible for providing a health medication and treatment for all types of dental patients. With dental clinic management system, the process gets much faster, more efficient than the traditional way.
Information systems are gradually replacing the paper-based records for years now and though not yet penetrated as the same way in other sectors, information technology has paved its way to the health industry. Dental informatics is the application of information technology to improve dental practice, research, education and management. Dental informatics has the potential to improve the efficiency, robustness and overall quality of dental care. Only a few dental information systems are available as of today and most of them are not free and are expensive.

Most Dental Clinic have been using manual processing of keeping records of the patients. As the shop goes on operating there are some problems encountered first the Illegal Practice Patients who wants to be treated by their clinic, and sometimes there are seasons that low in Customer/Patient. The Services rendered in the Clinic are: Extraction, Restoration, Dentures, Orto-Dontics and General Practitioner. The maximum number of their customer in one day is 20 and their minimum is about 3 patients only. The work of the Dentist is most valuable to prevents or cures one of the most common pains known to mankind – Toothache.
